Dynamics 365 Solution

A solution must be installed in your Dynamics 365 environment. It can be installed from Microsoft Marketplace.

Azure Entra ID (Active Directory) access

The app requires the following information of an application user:

• Application (Client) ID
• Application (Client) Secret Value
• Your Dynamics 365 Domain/URL (e.g. https://siteshopaps.crm4.dynamics.com)

Installation and configuration

Integration installation

Go to the Siteshop installation site and provide the required information. This connects our app to your Dynamics.

Configuration

Once installed, place the HTML resources where it makes sense for your business. An example can be seen here.

Access the Admin panel and enter your Smart Connector credentials.

Configure the app to your business’ needs. If you’re in doubt, Siteshop can always provide recommendations on how to best make use of your new integration.
